Shipping

  • Free shipping Australia-wide - no minimum spend required.
  • All orders are dispatched from our NSW base within 1–2 business days.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days.
  • We currently ship within Australia only.

Returns

We want you to love your Alptara pieces! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
  • To request a return, email us at hello@alptara.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).
  • For hygiene reasons, worn garments can’t be returned.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@alptara.com.au within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll sort it out quickly.
